Our first priority is to you, our customer. We will bypass the more expensive hotel and make a smaller commission (paid by the hotel, not you) because you may be receiving better quality and price at another establishment. When you tell us of your needs, we always inform you of several options to choose from. We are a company that listens to you. Santa Barbara Lodging staff takes pride in saving you money and helping you make a wise decision.

The hotels enjoy the relationship with this company because we are sending them informed customers of their facility that will not receive a surprise when they check in. Some hotels are air conditioned, some not, some enjoy having kids stay, some are not, some have full breakfasts, some continental, some no breakfast. SB Lodging has researched the personality of these hotels to match your personality, needs, and budget.

We will give you all the time and information that you will need to make a wise choice, just let us make the reservation for you. You will be told what the Hotel's name is after the booking. We will find you the best accommodations at the lowest price. The reservation is not concrete. Unless it is a last minute booking, normally there is a 72 hour cancellation policy before checkin should you choose to change your decision. You will be more than satisfied with our excellent service. We look forward to working with you.
